Summer grew up in Apple Valley, California, surrounded by a wide variety of animals ranging from reptiles to livestock. These early experiences sparked a lifelong passion for veterinary medicine. Linnea is a senior at Oregon State University, where she is earning a B.S. in Biology with a focus in Ecology, and completing a GIS certificate. She is passionate about protecting wildlife and local ecosystems and plans to pursue a career in wildlife conservation research.

John is a senior at Michigan State University, where he is completing his B.S in Animal Science with a concentration in Pre-Veterinary medicine. He is currently in the process of applying to veterinary schools across the country in hopes of studying small animal/companion medicine with a specialization in orthopedic surgery and wildlife rehabilitation.
